Getting fit is a life long goal for many people. But also posing can be as beneficial for your self esteem as the effects of a good diet . In fact, body language sometimes prevails over the aesthetics which is demonstrated by charisma and photogenic skills no matter the size or condition.

Fitness competitor or not, we always want to show off our results from dieting and exercising. Now is the time to bring your best package to the camera or to the stage.

You can have the perfect body you always wanted but if you don't know how to present your body perfectly you may have missed the greatest angles of yourself.

This is a personalised one to one session of 45 minutes, where we will work on posing as well as walking and facial expressions.

I can offer a 45 minutes online posing session by Skype which is as good as being there in person. I will give you some homework , where you can practice in your free time.

So you have the body ready and perhaps you even competed... Now you want to immortalise the moment for you to look back on or even add to your collection of progressive years by having a photoshoot.

This is probably one of the most important aspects of the whole process... THE IMAGES! Wether its Physique of Fashion, you want to show your best sides, have an arsenal of poses and of course find your own "blue Steel" :) Nothing else matters, only the images captured in that shoot. This service is available within the London/Watford Area.

I am available to attend shoots or to prepare you for shoots by providing you with as many tools that present the best you in front of the camera. This service is available for shoots within the London area and include travel expenses if outside the London area.
